We manage all bookings through Gingr, the standard booking platform used across the pet care industry. To schedule your daycare and boarding visits, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Create a profile in Gingr.

Create a profile through Gingr and upload the required documents:

1. Rabies certificate

2. DHPP (distemper)

3. Bordetella

After you upload your documents, please allow up to 24 hours for us to review and approve them. We’ll reach out if we have any questions!

Step 2: Book a temperament test.

Before joining the pack, every pup gets their very own temperament test. It will take approximately 3 hours. This is an important standardized test for the safety of your pup as well as the existing pups. We'll learn all about their personality, comfort levels, and social style. Under the careful supervision of our trained staff, we will gently assess how your pup responds to basic obedience cues, new human friends, and the energy of other dogs. It’s our way of making sure your pup feels safe, happy, and ready for daycare fun! Once your pup passes the temperament test, you will be all set to book as needed!

Step 3: Let the fun begin!

We are caring for dogs 24/7, 365 days a year. We’ll be here when you need us :)

All dogs must be neutered or spayed and at least 7 months of age in order to book.
