Welcome to Super Pup NYC. The following Policies, Terms, and Conditions are designed to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all dogs, clients, and staff. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
Health Requirements. The owner confirms complete and truthful information regarding their dog’s health, behavior, history, and confirms their dog is free from contagious diseases. Dogs showing signs of illness may be isolated and must be picked up promptly. Dogs must be in good general health and free from any contagious or communicable illness for at least fourteen (14) days prior to attending Super Pup NYC. Dogs must be free from conditions that may pose a risk to other dogs, people, or staff. Each visit to Super Pup NYC constitutes a re-certification that your dog meets all health requirements.
Vaccinations and Preventative Care. Proof of current vaccinations is required and must be on file before services are provided. Required vaccinations include Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Rabies, and DHPP. Super Pup NYC reserves the right to deny entry to any dog with visible signs of illness or injury.
Flea, Tick, and Parasite Policy. All dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and parasites. Infested dogs may be treated at the owner's expense or sent home.
Spay and Neuter Policy. Dogs over seven (7) months of age must be spayed or neutered unless otherwise approved at the sole discretion of Super Pup NYC.
Temperament, Behavior, and Refusal of Service. Super Pup NYC LLC reserves the right to refuse or dismiss any dog for any reason. All dogs must be non-aggressive and able to safely interact with other dogs and staff. Super Pup NYC LLC reserves the right to conduct temperament evaluations at any time. Dogs exhibiting traits including but not limited to, aggressiveness, unsafe behavior, disruptive behavior, or extreme anxiety may be separated, restricted from group play, or refused services at management's discretion.
Daycare Pick-up Time and Overage Charges. Daycare hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Full-day daycare bookings are valid from opening until closing within a single business day. Half-day daycare bookings are valid for a six (6) hour duration. Daycare pick-up must take place during business hours. At 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM on weekends, Super Pup NYC is officially closed. Any dog not picked up by closing time will be automatically admitted to overnight boarding at the owner's expense. If a dog is admitted to boarding, pick-up may not occur until the following business day during normal business hours.
A fifteen (15) minute grace period is provided following the six (6) hour half-day booking. Any half-day pick-ups occurring after the fifteen (15) minute grace period will automatically transition to the full-day rate.
Boarding Pick-up Time and Overage Charges. Pick-ups occurring after the end of your 24 hour boarding stay will incur additional daycare charges that follow the pricing structure of our standard half-day and full-day rates as follows:

Daycare Activity. Dogs participate in supervised group play, which may result in minor injuries, dirt, or matting. Super Pup NYC is not responsible for grooming or cleanliness as a result of normal play activities.
Boarding Policies. Boarding is defined as any time a dog remains on the premises after closing time until business hours resume the following day. Dogs will be fed according to owner-provided instructions. Special feeding instructions and medications must be clearly labeled and communicated in advance.
Boarding Drop-off Time and Overage Charges. All boarding dogs must be dropped off no later than 2:00 PM on the scheduled drop-off day.
Business hours are as follows:
• Monday to Friday: Close at 8:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: Close at 5:00 PM
Drop-offs will not be accepted after business closing hours in order to maintain the safety and well-being of the facility, dogs, and on-site staff.
Boarding Pick-up Time. Pick-up must take place during business hours.

Personal Items. To reduce the risk of resource-guarding or altercations, toys or personal items are discouraged.
Feeding. We strongly recommend bringing your dog’s usual food to maintain dietary consistency. Please portion and clearly label all meals. If no food is provided (or runs out), we will supply meals at a rate of $3 per meal.
Medications and Special Care. All medications must be clearly labeled with dosage and instructions. Super Pup NYC will administer medications as directed but is not responsible for complications.
Dog-on-Dog Incidents, Injury, and Illness. Participation in daycare and boarding services involves inherent risks. Super Pup NYC is not responsible for illness or injury resulting from normal play or interaction. If emergency veterinary care is required, Super Pup NYC is authorized to seek care at the owner's expense. Owner accepts responsibility for injuries their dog inflicts on other dogs and agrees to cover resulting veterinary expenses.
Emergencies. Owner authorizes SUPER PUP NYC to seek veterinary care if necessary. All associated costs are the owner's responsibility.
Personal Property. Super Pup NYC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Owners are responsible for damage caused by their dog.
Personal Belongings and Property. Personal items are not allowed to reduce the risk of resource guarding amongst the dogs. If, at our discretion, personal items were brought, Super Pup NYC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Owners are responsible for damage caused by their dog.
Payments, Reservations, and Cancellations. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed. To guarantee a reservation, clients must book through Gingr via the Super Pup NYC website. Cancellations are free if made before the start of your booking. If we are not notified of a cancellation before the scheduled start time, the booking will be charged in full, even if your dog does not attend.
Refunds. Packages expire after six (6) months. No refunds are issued for unused services. Account credits may be issued at management’s discretion.
Photography and Media Release. Owner grants permission for Super Pup NYC to photograph and record their dog for marketing purposes but may revoke consent at any time in writing.
Ownership and Authority. Clients confirm they are the legal owner of their dog and are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Abandoned Animal Policy. In the event that a dog is left at our facility beyond the agreed upon pick-up time and we are unable to contact the owner, we will hold the animal for a minimum of 72 hours. During this time, we will provide necessary care and make all reasonable efforts to contact the owner. If the owner does not reclaim the dog within this period, we will report the situation to the appropriate authorities and transfer the animal to an authorized organization as required by law.
Policy Changes. Super Pup NYC reserves the right to modify policies at any time.
Unforeseen Circumstances. SUPER PUP NYC LLC is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Liability Disclaimer. Participation involves inherent risks. Nothing in these policies limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. Owner waives all claims against SUPER PUP NYC for injury, illness, or death of their pet except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
